Meet the Director

Anne Marie Cummings, Vocal Music Director

Hello! My name is Anne Marie Cummings and I am a native of Green Bay, WI. This will be my 8th year at DPHS and my 16th year teaching overall! I hold a Bachelor's of Arts in Music - Theatre Minor from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire where I was a proud member of the Women's Concert Chorale and directed and choreographed for Cabaret. I served for one year in the AmeriCorp-Hillsborough Reads program where I accumulated over 1700 volunteer hours in one year. In 2005, I earned a Masters of Arts in Music Education from the University of Central Florida. I have taught in Florida, South Carolina, and Wisconsin.  My husband, Nathan, is a chiropractor at Groskopp Chiropractic in Brillion, WI. We have three active children in the De Pere School District, and we also take turns singing with the Dudley Birder Chorale and playing with the Praise Band at St. Mark Ministries. Any "spare" time I have, I like to spend at my family's cabin where we are off-grid and my only concern is "do I put another log on the fire?"
